The District Police Office, Kailali and its subordinate police units have arrested 21 people who were absconding after being sentenced by the courts in various cases, conducting a judgment implementation campaign.
According to the District Police Office, Kailali, the accused, who were found guilty in various verdicts from 2079 BS to 2082 BS and were absconding and had yet to pay fines, were arrested on Wednesday while they were hiding.
The police team conducted a search and operation based on secret information in various places in the district and took them under control. All the arrested defendants have been handed over to the District Court, Kailali, for necessary action, the Police Office said.
