Police have recovered two loaded handguns from Apihimal in Darchula. On Monday, police said they recovered two loaded handguns hidden in a forest in Khayakot, Apihimal Rural Municipality-1.

According to the District Police Office, Darchula, a police team deployed from Khandeshwori Police Station found a gun hidden in an abandoned forest area.

Darchula Police Information Officer Hemraj Bhatta said that an investigation is underway to determine who owned the gun and who kept it.
