Dansingh Kotekani, 68, of Antarkoda, Badikedar Rural Municipality-5, Doti, was found dead. He had left his home to sell vegetables on Thursday morning.

According to the District Police Office, Doti, he was found dead on the side of the Bipinagar-Baghchenda road section in Bhirchautara at around 11 am on Thursday. Local Bimal Bohara had informed the police about the incident after seeing him dead. Upon receiving the information, a three-member team under the command of Police Assistant Inspector Bikram Dungana from Police Post Khadchauli reached the spot, the District Police said.

The police said a five-member team under the command of Police Inspector Bir Bahadur Bohara has been deployed for further investigation into the incident.
