Police have arrested 24-year-old Nandaraj Bhatta, a resident of Patan Municipality-1 in Baitadi and currently residing as a tenant in Attariya, Godavari Municipality-1 in Kailali, with narcotics.
He was arrested with drugs late on Wednesday near Mitranagar Barrel in Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-3 of Kailali.
320 mg of brown heroin was found in Bhatta's possession. He was taken into custody by a police team deployed from the District Police Office, Kailali, and further investigation is underway, police said.
