Prem Singh Bista, aged around 58, who went missing from Sukeli, Patan Municipality-6, Baitadi, has been found dead.
Bista found dead, said Police Inspector Baldev Badu, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Baitadi.
Bista, who had left home around 4 pm on Tihar (Thursday) to go to Siude, was found dead on Friday, he said.
After he did not return home until late on Thursday, the family had informed the District Police Office, Patan, to search for Bista. During the search, Bista's body was found about 100 meters below the Annadi turn of Patan Municipality-4 under the Dasharathchand Highway.
Police Inspector Badu said that the motorcycle (Suppra 01-011 Pa 7151) driven by Bista was also found fallen off the road.
The motorcycle driven by the deceased was found along with it, so the police suspect that he died in a motorcycle accident.
The District Police Office has stated that further investigation into the incident is underway.
