A house was damaged when the wall of the school playground collapsed due to heavy rain on Friday night. According to the police, the wall of the playground in front of Dasharathnagar Basic School in Lasku, Mahakali municipality-1, damaged the one-storey house of Veer Singh Dhami.
According to the district police office, when the wall collapsed, the house was damaged by mud and mud entering the house. Darchula Police Information Officer Chhatra Bahadur Rawat said that due to the same landslide, the back wall of Rina Sahu's one-storey five-room concrete house cracked and increased the risk to the house.
Dhami's family of 5 and Sahu's family of 6 have been shifted to a safe place with the help of locals, Nepal Police and Armed Police, police said.
