A mother and her 10-month-old daughter were found hanging in Kailali. 21-year-old Aarti Dangaura of Ghodaghodi Municipality-7 and her daughter Anuja were found dead in Gaurishankar Community Forest near Tagoura.
According to the local police office, Sukhad, they had been missing since July 29.
It has been revealed in the initial investigation of the police that the daughter was hanged and then the mother committed suicide. However, the police said that detailed information will be known only after the investigation. The bodies of both have been sent to Tikapur Hospital for post-mortem.
According to the police, no complaint has been filed about the incident yet, but the Maiti side is preparing to file a complaint for incitement to suicide. Aarti got married two years ago.
