The High Court Dipayal has disposed of 659 cases out of the cases that came before the court in the last fiscal year 2081/82.
According to the registrar of the High Court, Dipayal, Taradat Vadu, out of the 727 cases registered in the court last financial year and 99 cases transferred from the previous financial year, 659 cases have been dismissed and now only 167 cases are under consideration.
Although the court dismissed 90.44 percent of cases in 080/081, it was the highest performance in 10 years, said Judge Dandpani Sharma of High Court Dipyal.
Likewise, in the year 2080/081, it is said that 937 cases, i.e. 90.44 percent of cases out of 336 new cases and 700 newly registered cases, were dismissed.
In the year 2079/80, it is said that out of a total of 1,256 cases out of 481 registered cases and 775 newly registered cases, 920 cases i.e. 73.24 percent were dismissed. Similarly, it is mentioned in the statistics provided by the court that 700 cases were dismissed in 2078/79, 556 in 2077/78 and 376 in 2076/77.
In the same way, the court has released the statistics of 518 cases in the year 2075/76, 482 in the year 2074/75, 281 in the year 2073/074, 230 in the year 2072/73, 454 in the year 2071/72 and 358 in the year 2070/71.
Registrar Vadu said that out of 872 cases registered for debate through video conference in Dipayal High Court, 675 cases were debated through video conference and 4 cases were dismissed.
Judge Sharma of the High Court said that according to the five-year strategic plan of the Judiciary, according to the case management method, cases are divided into three types: simple, general and special. He said, "Since there are arrangements to be completed within six months, one year and 18 months, the work has been done accordingly." By working in this way, the number of cases exceeding one year has reduced to zero. 11 beyond six months and 1 within six months One hundred and fifty-six cases are under consideration. He said that the courts have been debating through video conference so that justice can be administered quickly and easily to the citizens, which has also helped in the settlement of cases.
