A brother has died after drowning in the river in Kailali. The brothers died after drowning in Surma River located in Gauriganga Municipality-11 of the district.

The deceased are 25-year-old Umesh Dhami and 20-year-old Prakash Dhami. It is not clear why they drowned in the river.   District Police Office Kailali has informed that the cause and further details of the

incident are being investigated. Both bodies have been kept at Seti Provincial Hospital for post-mortem.
