Under the organization of the Council of Animal Health and Animal Services Professionals, a conference on coordination and implementation of laws and regulations at the Far West Province level was held in Dadeldhura.
The one-day seminar organized on Monday was attended by the staff and private animal service professionals working in the animal service branch under the local level of Far West Province. The purpose of the program is to inform about the legal and policy documents created under the council. In the
event, Janak Bahadur Rawal, registrar of the council, gave detailed information to the participants about the laws, rules, guidelines, procedures and code of conduct related to the council. He asked the businessmen to act according to the policy and made it clear that those who do not provide services according to the law and guidelines will be under the supervision of the council. Speaking at the
conference, Head of Veterinary Hospital and Animal Services Expert Center Dadeldhura, Devraj Bhatt said, "The employees of the local animal service branch have dedicated their services to the rural communities of the hilly areas. Their contribution has significantly improved the animal husbandry business. ’
President Dumbar Bahadur Bam explained that the program was organized with the aim of making businessmen legally and morally responsible. He said, "The council respects those who do good work, but those who do not work according to the rules will be punished." He expressed the hope that the program will help local animal service professionals to build integrated thinking and working style. In the
program, the representatives of the local level also discussed the practical challenges encountered during the implementation of the Act. The participants said that this kind of orientation program will help to make their work more effective.
