Doti's Sayal Rural Municipality-3, Toleni has received electricity service for the first time. After the expansion of electricity service in the district's worst municipality, the locals will now be able to live in the light.
After the electricity reached the village, the locals are happy. Locals say that the happiness of the local residents has crossed the limit with the first time electricity was switched on in the village.
Local Yadu Nepali expressed his belief that the extension of electricity would bring a big change in the rural lifestyle and said that he was very happy after a long time when the central line electricity reached the village. The Nepalese said, 'We had to walk for hours to go to Kutani Pisani. Now the electricity has come to the village, now it is thought that the Kutani Pisani mill will be put into operation in the village.'
Also, Mekharaj Upadhyay, a student studying in class 10, said that he had to face a lot of problems in his studies due to the lack of electricity in the past days. He said that most of the students will get relief after reaching. Electricity was inaugurated by Dharmaraj Joshi, President of Sayal Rural Municipality, by lighting the lamp in a formal manner.
Chairman Joshi now ward no. He said that 3 garkhas of Sayal, Bangaon, Panikhal are connected to the local central electricity transmission line. He said that the lights that should have been installed in 2077/078 were stopped due to various reasons, so he and his employees succeeded in expanding the electricity service.
He says that now the locals, traders, and businessmen are comfortable and the situation where students should be deprived of reading and writing in the dark is over.
