All the nine municipalities of Doti have been declared completely clean. All levels have announced that full vaccination targeting children has been ensured.

Out of the two municipalities and seven rural municipalities of the district, Dipayal Silagadi Municipality, Shikhar Municipality, Ardash Rural Municipality, Sayal Rural Municipality, Bogtan Fudsil Rural Municipality, Zorayal Rural Municipality, Baddikedar Rural Municipality, Purvi Chowki Rural Municipality and KI Singh Rural Municipality have been declared to be fully infected, said Ramesh Malasi, Head of District Health Office Doti.

It has been reported that the local levels have conducted a 'Search and Vaccination' campaign and provided all the missing vaccines to children between 16 and 59 months of age. According to Chief Malasi, after the success of the campaign with the slogan "Local ownership and participation, complete immunization is our commitment", municipalities have been declared fully vaccinated.

People's representatives, health workers, employees and other stakeholders have also committed to cooperate in the continuation of vaccination. Chief Malasi said that preparations are being made to declare the district fully vaccinated.
