In Kailali, the police have arrested two people who were absconding on the charge of killing by shooting. According to District Police Office Kailali spokesperson DSP Rajkumar Singh, the arrested persons are Milan Chand and Ridam Dhungana. They were absconding on the charge of attempted murder.

According to the police, they were arrested today from Kailari rural municipality-2. However, the police had to use force when they tried to escape on the pretext of urinating while being brought to the area located in Bhajani Municipality-7.

'First they tried to stop them by air firing, but they managed to escape. After that, he was shot under the knee and taken into custody,' said spokesperson Singh. Both have been sent to Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi for treatment.

 The police said that further investigation is being done on the incident.
