Two people died in separate accidents in Kanchanpur. According to the police, one person died when a tractor and a motorcycle collided and one person drowned in the river.

According to the District Police Office, 23-year-old Ashiq Rana, a resident of Bani camp, died when a tractor numbered SE 2 253 and a motorcycle number SE 3 P 4975 collided in Krishnapur Municipality-2 Bani on Wednesday evening. He died on Wednesday night during treatment at Maya Metro Hospital located in Dhangadhi. 

In the same way, 5-year-old Prinzila Sarki died while bathing in Chaudhar River in Bedkot Municipality-10 Harpal, police said. DSP Sagar Bohora of District Police Office Kanchanpur said that she was found unconscious while bathing in the river on Wednesday afternoon and died at Mahakali Hospital.
