The police seized goods worth about 130,750 rupees, which were brought illegally from India to evade customs from various places in Kailali.
The patrol team deployed from the District Police Office Kailali and its subordinate offices found the goods in an abandoned condition in Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city-3 Milanchowk, Bhajani municipality-5 Milanpur and Attaria sub-metropolitan city-9 Pahlewan area.
According to the police, the recovered items include sugar, beedi, tobacco, cooking oil, tea leaves, chocolate, motorcycle tires, clothes, groceries, etc. According to the police, the goods have been handed over to the relevant authorities for necessary action.
