Congress leader Shah, who was injured in the accident, was taken to Lucknow

Congress Far West General Minister Naranarayan Shah, who was injured in an accident at Khutar in Khiri district of India, has been taken to Lucknow for further treatment. Shah's car, which was traveling from Dhangadhi to Delhi for a regular health check-up with family members, met with an accident on Sunday morning.

The injured, including Shah, who were admitted to the government hospital at Khutar after the accident, were taken to Shahjahanpur after emergency treatment. As treatment was not possible there too, he was taken to Lucknow. But doctors have said that Shah's condition is safe. Shah will be treated at Max Hospital in Lucknow. 

Three of the six people injured in the accident in Khutar were taken from Khutar to Shahjahanpur for treatment. Three people are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Khutar.

Shah's vehicle collided with a Roadways bus. The vehicle in which he was traveling was damaged by the collision of the bus. Shah was more injured because he was sitting in the front seat of the vehicle.

After the accident, the general public who reached the spot pulled out the injured people including Shah from the vehicle. Shah, his wife, daughter, mother, sister and son-in-law were in the car. Shah, his wife and sister were taken to Shahjahanpur for further treatment. Shah's daughter, mother and son-in-law are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Khutar.

After the news of the accident, the family members who walked from Dhangadhi have reached Shahjahanpur.
