A mother died due to lightning in Sayal rural municipality ward-6 and her 4 children were injured.
On Wednesday night, 33-year-old Kamala Nagari, resident of Sayal Rural Municipality Ward-6, died due to lightning strike. The injured are Tara Nagari, 10-year-old daughter of Nagari, her sons Abhishek Nagari, 8-years-old, Abi Nagari, 6-years-old, and Shankar Nagari, 3 months old.
40-year-old Tara Nagari, 80-year-old Kali Damai and 6-year-old Khushi Nagari were also injured by lightning, District Police Office Doti said. Police said that the injured are being brought to the district hospital in Doti for treatment.
