One person has died after falling from a mountain in Naugad Rural Municipality-2 Sundamund of the district. 64-year-old local Nar Bahadur Thagunna, who went to graze goats at the local buffalo fair, died after falling from the Bhir on Monday afternoon.

According to local Sarita Thagunna, Thagunna, who had gone to graze goats in the buffalo forest near the village, fell and died on the spot. She said that Thagunna, who had gone to graze goats, returned home late at night and was found dead on Tuesday morning when the locals searched. 

Family sources said that his wife and three sons were present in the house of deceased Thagunna.
