Elderly people are happy to receive treatment at home

57-year-old Ansari Rana of Laljhadi Rural Municipality-2 Kanj was suffering from back pain and yellow urine. Due to financial problems and lack of a good hospital nearby, he was not able to undergo the examination. Although he reached the nearby health post, his problem was not resolved.

After the Nepali Army conducted a health camp near his house on Saturday, he confidently presented his problem to the doctor. Medicines were also obtained after various tests in the camp. "Now I hope that my pain and other problems will be solved," he said, "The doctor came to my house and got medicine."

Rana is a farmer. They are busy with that. There is lack of funds to go far for treatment. It is not possible to stay outside for many days . That is why he could not go out for treatment, he told. 

"There is a problem of deafness and pain in the whole body," said Chhoti Badayak of Kanja, who came for examination at the health camp, "I got a machine for the problem of deafness, and also pain reliever." She said that she got a hearing aid and medicine for free. 12 people like him have received hearing aids .  Elderly people are happy to receive treatment at home

Bhagatpur of Mahendranagar of Nepali Army No. 25 Bahini conducted a health camp in Laljhadi Rural Municipality which is considered remote in the district on Saturday as part of the regular program. Every year, the army has been conducting this program at different places in the district.

After the health camp started on Saturday morning, people from old people to young people and even children were lining up for treatment . Some disabled people also reached the camp for treatment.  834 people took health care in the Elderly people are happy to receive treatment at home

camp. Mr. No. Akash Basnet, a soldier of the 25th Army, said. According to him, medicine was also distributed free of charge along with the health examination. Apart from this, 4 people were given Baisakhi and 7 people were given wheel chairs, 4 people were given sirak-dasana and mattresses, he said. Elderly people are happy to receive treatment at home

Health camp has been conducted and stationery and sports materials have also been distributed to Bhanu Higher Secondary School. Senani Basnet said that stationary and sports materials will also be provided to Baijnath Basic School in Laljhadi on Sunday. In addition, there is a program to hand over sanitary pad disposal machines to Saraswati High School, Bhanu High School, Sharda High School.
