In a transaction dispute, a young man died when a neighbor shot him in Baitadi. According to the police, 22-year-old Surendra Bishta of Kalagaon Chausila, Dogdakedar Rural Municipality-8, who was injured by the bullet of his neighbor's brother, has died.

According to District Police Office Baitadi, Surendra was seriously injured when 45-year-old Karna Bahadur Bista, a relative of Surendra's neighbor brother, fired a shot from a gun in his own house. Police inspector Baldev Badu said that he died on the way while being taken to district hospital Baitadi for treatment.

According to police inspector Badu, at around 8 o'clock on Saturday night, Karna Bahadur and Surendra had a dispute in the village about a transaction. Karna Bahadur, the shooter, has absconded. Baitadi Police said that his search and further investigation of the incident is underway.

Police Inspector Badu from the District Police Office, Police Inspector Rajendra Saud from the Area Police Office Patan and Deputy Inspector Ganesh Kadayat from the Khochlek Police Station have been assigned to the incident site, according to the District Police Office Baitadi.
