2 teenage girls from Dhakari rural municipality-8 Ghodasain of Achham have been found dead. The bodies of 14-year-old Saraswati Khadka and Ishwari Khadka were found in Chinne forest in Ward No. 1 of the rural municipality, Achham police chief DSP Ishwari Prasad Bhandari said. He said that the deceased girl belonged to the same house and was related.
According to police chief Bhandari, Saraswati and Ishwari went to the forest together to graze cattle on Friday. As they did not come home till evening, the family was searching. There was no news in the police.
'Today (Saturday) too, we got the news that the body was found just after 6 pm. We had not received the news that the girl was missing and had to be searched for,'' Police Chief Bhandari said. Necessary police have been dispatched to the scene. On Sunday morning, a team with the chief district officer will go to the scene.'
