A woman has died in Siti Health Center located in Apihimal Rural Municipality-1 due to labor pains. 25-year-old Dropati Jagri of Arukhor village in the same ward died on Tuesday night.
Local Showansih Lothyal said that Jagari, who was taken from the village for an hour to the health center after suffering labor pains, died at the health facility.
According to Lothyal, while the health workers were saying that the condition of the mother and child was fine, she suddenly collapsed and died. Jagri has a daughter before.
There is no road connecting Apihimal rural municipality center. To reach from the village to the road It takes more than four hours.
