An ambulance of Beas Rural Municipality met with an accident on Monday night. According to the police, an ambulance met with an accident near Beas-3 Gultha.

According to the district police office, the driver Bira Dadal was injured when an ambulance number 01001 Ch 3830 of Sunsera, Beas Rural Municipality crashed. The ambulance fell down about 150 meters from the Tinkar road while going to his home in Galtha from Sunsera, the center of the rural municipality. 

The injured driver was brought to the district hospital for treatment. He was referred to Pithoragarh in India after treatment was not possible in the district, according to Beas Rural Municipality. 

Ambulance is provided by Nepal Red Cross Society as a grant to the rural municipality.
