The foundation stone of the cable car project to be built with a five-star hotel in Chisapani of Kailali was laid during a ceremony on Saturday. It will be the first cable car in Far West to be built in Chisapani.

The foundation stone of the cable car construction project was laid by Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba. The cable car that is going to be built under the name of Jalpadevi Cable Car is going to be built from Chisapani to Rajkanda in a length of three kilometers. 

businessman Chandra Prasad Dhakal and entrepreneur Surya Bahadur Thapa of Kailali are going to be built under the joint investment of the project which is going to be built under the project which is going to be built with infrastructure including five star hotel. 

Dhakal, the owner of Jalpadevi Cable Car, has said that the tourism sector of Far West will take a leap with the tourism infrastructure including the cable car. Forest and Environment Minister Ain Bahadur Shahi, Far Paschim Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah and others were present at the foundation laying ceremony.
