Arsenal moved within touching distance of their first Premier League title in 22 years on Sunday with a 1-0 win over West Ham. Leandro Trossard scored the winning goal in the 83rd minute for Arsenal.
The win moved Arsenal five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table. The win will also benefit north London neighbours Tottenham. Tottenham will now move four points clear of West Ham if they beat Leeds United on Monday.
West Ham's defeat means Crystal Palace, Leeds and Nottingham Forest are all mathematically safe from relegation. Aston Villa were held to a 2-2 draw by Burnley in the other major match.
