Nepali athletes have won four gold medals at the Hainan Open International Taekwondo Championship in China. 

According to Nepali team coach Indraraj Khadka, Vision Tamang has won two gold medals. He won the gold medal in the under-19 category of individual poomsae. He also won gold in the 49 kg weight category fight.  

Ayush Bohara has also won a bronze medal along with the gold. He won gold in the breaking event.  Ayush won a bronze medal in the individual poomsae. 

Sandeep Basnet has also won gold in breaking.
