The third time the promoter selected by the International Table Tennis Foundation, Germany and the only promoter from Nepal, Stag Global coach and trainer Naresh Rawal organized a sports program at The Rolling Stones School on April 23, 2026.
More than 300 participants including students, parents, volunteers, social workers, ministers, table tennis personalities participated in various sports and fun activities in the program. Based on this year's theme 'Health and Wellness', the participants learned the importance of the subject through various sports activities.
School President Sunil Krishna Shrestha, Director Mrs. Bini Shrestha, Bagmati Pradesh Sabha Member Shailendraman Vajracharya and other guests were present.
Health and wellness is the foundation of a complete life, which includes physical, mental and social well-being. Maintaining a balanced diet, exercising regularly, playing sports and prioritizing mental health are important for improving quality of life, boosting immunity and playing a vital role in reducing the risk of disease.
Shankar Gautam, Secretary General of Asian Table Tennis Federation and Vice President of Asian Table Tennis Union, said, “Health is wealth, but in our busy lives, we often take it as an afterthought. I would like to emphasize that true health is not just the absence of disease but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.”
