New Diamond Club has defended the title of the National Women's Volleyball Championship. In the final held at the TCN Ground in Hetauda-10 on Sunday, New Diamond Club of Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu, defeated Keshav Lal Shrestha Memorial Foundation of Bagmati Province in straight sets of 3-0 to become the champion of the competition for the second time in a row.
In the final, Keshav Lal Smriti Pratishthan was defeated by 25-13, 25-15 and 25-23.
New Diamond, which played 2 league games from Group A, and Keshav Lal, which played 2 league games from Group B, reached the final as the winners, informed Narendra Moktan of the organizing committee.
