United Vision Cricket Club and Kohalpur Sports Academy have started the first day of the ‘Campa’ Kohalpur Pride League National T-20 Cricket Tournament with a win.

On the first day of the tournament, United Vision Cricket Club defeated Brightland School and Kohalpur Sports Academy defeated Himalayan Cricket Academy at the International Cricket Stadium in Kohalpur-11 on Thursday.

In the opening match, United Vision Cricket Club had won the match and invited Brightland School to bowl. Batting first, United Vision Cricket Club scored 155 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

Chasing the target of 156 runs set by United Vision Cricket Club, Brightland School was bundled out for 101 runs in 16.1 overs. With this, United Vision Cricket Club won by 22 runs. Santosh Yadav became the 'Player of the Match' by taking 3 important wickets to help United Vision Cricket Club win.

In the second match of the same tournament, Kohalpur Sports Academy and Himalayan Cricket Academy competed. Winning the toss, Kohalpur Sports Academy decided to bat first.

Kohalpur Sports Academy batted first and scored 197 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Arjun Gharti scored 65 runs off 27 balls and Bhim Sarki scored 52 runs off 37 balls, helping Kohalpur Sports Academy achieve a huge target.

Chasing the target set by Kohalpur Sports Academy, Himalayan Cricket Academy got off to a poor start and was all out for 75 runs.

No batsman could make a big partnership for the team. Himalayan Cricket Academy's batsmen were helpless against the bowlers of Kohalpur Sports Academy. Siddhant Raj Shahi, who took 4 important wickets to make Kohalpur Sports Academy victorious, was named 'Player of the Match'.
