Sports training and management company Pace-X Sports officially launched its journey through a press conference held in the capital on Wednesday.

According to Sangita Karna, founder and president of Pace-X Sports, the company's main objective is to establish a world-class sports training ecosystem focused on the long-term development and overall health of athletes for schools, communities and various organizations.

‘Our goal is to implement the scientific and systematic Pace-X model in at least 100 schools and organizations across the country within 5 years,’ said President Karna. Saurabh Singh, the organization's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), informed that the company was established in Nepal six months ago after a two-year plan. ‘Currently, we are working by targeting 21 sports, including football, cricket and e-sports,’ said Singh.

Clarifying about the training methodology, Singh said, ‘We follow a long-term player development model, which is internationally recognized as the most effective framework. This will be supported by technology, data analytics and a future-oriented approach of certified experts. Our program will target players in the age group of 6 to 22 years.’

He informed that the company has already discussed its objectives and goals with about 150 schools in three districts of the capital. As mentioned in the Pace-X booklet, Nepali taekwondo player Deepak Bista and national football team player Rohit Chand are mentioned as experts, while former Indian basketball captain Vishesh Brighuvanshi is also mentioned among others.

Pace-X Sports aims to build a structured and scalable sports training ecosystem, incorporate international sports practices, promote health, fitness and overall development, establish world-class sports facilities and infrastructure, and empower coaches, teachers and leaders.
