Sanumaya was honored on the occasion of Karki's 10th Memorial Day for her significant contribution to the pride of Chandragiri Municipality as well as the country by winning medals in various international competitions.

Volleyball players Salina Shrestha, Pratibha Mali and Reshma Bhandari, boxing players Lalita Maharjan, karate players Anjali Maharjan, among others, have been honored by the foundation in the past.
In the same program organized at Bright Future School, female journalist Bishnu Panthi, artist/entrepreneur Dr. Sunju Bhatta Basnet, senior citizen duo Nani Karki and Sahili Karki, who have contributed in various fields, were also honored. All the honorees are from Chandragiri Municipality.
