Milan Kulung and Sonia Martin of the United States have emerged winners of the fourth round of the third edition of the KVR Summit Challenge in the men's category and the women's category, respectively.

Milan finished in 2 hours 23 minutes 24 seconds in the 25-kilometer race organized by Trailmandu Nepal on Saturday. Lokendra Rai of Nepal finished second and Diwakar Budhamagar finished third. Lokendra finished in 2 hours 26 minutes 16 seconds and Diwakar finished in 3 hours 11 minutes 35 seconds.

Sonia finished in 3 hours 28 minutes 9 seconds. She had also won first place in the third stage last month. Annie My One finished second in 3 hours 32 minutes 53 seconds and Sally Rebecca of Britain finished third in 4 hours 4 minutes 33 seconds.

In the men's 10-kilometer race, Simon Dalcher of Switzerland won in 1 hour 18 minutes 48 seconds. Nepal's Prem Bahadur Sunuwar had to settle for second place after falling 5 seconds behind. Mingma Gyalsen Sherpa (1:31.43 seconds) finished third. In the same distance, Japan's Mayuko Akutagawa (1:28.38) came first in the women's category, Britain's Ileana Maria Draper (1:57.15) came second, and America's Erica Mix (2:03.08) came third. The 25-km race started from Machhegaon, Matatirtha, passed through Chandragiri Cable Car Base Station, Chandragiri Temple, Dhapabhanjyang, Buddha Stupa, Machhenarayan Temple, and ended in Machhegaon.

66 Nepalese and 24 foreign athletes participated in the competition. The winner was awarded by Rajendra Tuladhar, Deputy Director of the Nepal Academy of Sports Sciences, and Neeraj Shrestha, representative of the Nepal Olympic Committee.
