A friendly football match was held between Armed Police officers and journalists on Saturday. The Armed Police Force Nepal team defeated the journalists team by a margin of 4-1 in the match held at the APF Stadium in Halchowk, the headquarters of the Armed Police Force Nepal, on the occasion of the 25th Armed Police Force Day-2082 (Silver Jubilee).

Journalists working in the security beat participated in the game, while high-ranking officers of the Armed Police Force participated in the game. The Armed Police Force is organizing various programs across the country as part of the 25th Armed Police Day Silver Jubilee. DSP Shailendra Thapa, Joint Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force Nepal, said that a friendly football tournament is one of them.
