The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has made public the annual schedule of national and international sports competitions.

CAN Secretary Paras Khadka unveiled the annual calendar covering national and international competitions at a press conference held on Saturday.

The national competition in the calendar will start with the Men's Prime Minister's Cup in January. Under which the district stage will be organized from January 5 to 25 and the provincial stage from January 25 to February 10. 

Similarly, the Men's Prime Minister's Cup provincial stage will continue in February, while the Jay Trophy will be organized from February 12 to 22. The district stage of the National School Cricket Championship will also be held in the same month.

Similarly, the national stage of the Men's Prime Minister's Cup will be conducted in March from March 28 to April 22. The calendar mentions that the provincial stage of the National School Cricket Championship and the district stage of the Women's Prime Minister's Cup will be organized during this period.

In April, the provincial stage of the Women's Prime Minister's Cup, the district and provincial stages of the Men's U-19 National Cricket Tournament and other CAN programs will be conducted.

In May, the national stage of the Women's Prime Minister's Cup will be organized from May 2 to 20. The national stage of the National School Cricket Championship and the U-19 National Cricket Tournament and the CAN Youth Camp will be organized this month.

CAN Level 1 coaching course will be conducted in all seven provinces in June, and the National T-20 Championship will be organized from June 15 to 25.

CAN Level 2 coaching course and pitch curator course will be conducted in July. CAN Level 1 umpiring course will be organized in August. It has been proposed to organize a women's long format competition from September to October.

Nepal Premier League (NPL) has been included in the calendar from October to November.

U-16 Boys/Girls National School Cricket Championship, inter-school and college level long format competition and regional tournaments will be organized in October. Regional tournaments will also be organized in December.

Similarly, in international cricket competitions, the global selection for the ICC Women's T-20 World Cup is being organized in Nepal in January. The Nepali men's team is playing the T-20 World Cup in February.

The men's team will play the ICC League 2 series in March. CAN has stated that the women's team will also play a bilateral series. It is also mentioned that the U-19 team will tour Bhutan.

There will be a Nepal 'A' series in April, and a women's series. The U-19 women's series is also included. The men's team will have a League 2 series in July. The women's Asia Cup will also be held. The U-16 East Zone Cup will also be held this month.

The men's ACC Premier Cup will be held in August, and there will also be a T20I series with Kuwait. It is mentioned that the Top End will participate this year as well. The men's team will have a bilateral series in September, and the women's team will also have a series with the UAE.

The men's team will have a League 2 series in October, and the women's team will also have a tri-nation series. The Nepal Premier League Cricket will be held in November, and international series for both men and women will be held in December, CAN has stated.
