Chasing a target of 113 runs to win, Nepal could only score 95 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in the stipulated 6 overs. Sandeep Jora scored a half-century for Nepal. He scored 53 runs in 14 balls with the help of 8 sixes and 1 four. Similarly, Rashid Khan and Mohammad Adil Alam scored 11/11 runs. Another opener Lokesh Bam scored 10 runs. Rupesh Shrestha remained unbeaten on 1 run.
