Sarafu played 40 balls and scored 58 runs by hitting 3 fours and 5 sixes.
It was Dipendra who ran out Rahul Chopra for 7 runs. Basil Hamid was bowled by Sandeep Lamichhane on the first ball he faced. Player of the match Dipendra spent 22 runs in 4 overs and took 3 wickets. Sompal, Gulshan Jha and Sandeep took 1 wicket each.

Asif scored his ninth fifty in Twenty20 internationals. But Nepal could not finish according to the way it started. Kushal Malla got out for 1 run in 11 balls, Dipendra got out for 1 run in 2 balls. Gulshan hit 2 fours and 1 six while scoring 14 runs in 5 balls. Jora scored 4 runs in 4 balls and Sompal remained unbeaten with 6 runs in 6 balls.
