Black Stone Fitness will hold the Black Stone Classic Powerlifting Championship tomorrow Friday in the Far West with the aim of promoting sports, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Black Stone Fitness co-founder and chief trainer Gyanendraraj Pandey said through a press conference on Thursday that this competition is the biggest fitness and power lifting competition in Far West. He expressed the hope that this will contribute to building a healthy society as well as giving opportunities to local players.
Men will compete in under 66 kg, 66-74 kg, 74-83 kg and above 83 kg and for women under 52 kg, 52-63 kg, above 63 kg weight groups. As a special attraction, there is the guest lifting category of male athletes above 40 years of age.
Farwest Strongest Male and Female Power Lifting winners will be awarded 10,000 and a trophy. The first in each weight will get 10,000, the second will get 5,000 and the third will get 2,500. It is estimated that 8 lakh more will be spent for the
competition. SPA College Dhangadhi is the academic partner. Khel Bazar (Sports Wear Partner), Bread Box (Food and Beverage Partner) and BYD (Driven By) are sponsors, according to the organizer.
