Two athletes from Nepal are going to participate in the World Aquatics Junior Championship. Nepal's number one Irvin Shrestha and Pradhi Bhandari will compete in the Otopeni tournament in Romania from August 15 to 21.

Irwin will play in 50m freestyle and 50m breaststroke and initially in 50m and 100m backstroke.  In the 100 and 200 meter backstroke, the name of the beginner holds a national record.
