Paris Paralympics medalist Palesha Gobardhan won bronze medal in 10th Asian Para Taekwondo Championship (G4).

In the competition held in Kuching, Malaysia on Friday, Palesha won the bronze medal in the women's under 57 kg category under the K-44 category, according to her coach Kaviraj Negi Lama.

Palesha, who was studying in Shanghai, China, came to Malaysia to participate in the competition from there.

5 players including Palesha competed in the tournament from July 24 to August 1. Bharatsinh Mahata, another Paralympic athlete in men's under 58 kg and Amir Bhlon under 63 kg and Kamana Prasaiin and Renu Tamang in women's under 47 kg competed . The team manager is Rakep member Ramchandra Shrestha .
