The schedule of the Australian Top&T20 series to be held in Australia has been announced.
According to the match schedule announced by the Northern Cricket Association of Australia (NT) on Tuesday, the Nepali national cricket team will play its opening match against the Australian local team Northern Territory Strike on August 15. 11 different teams are participating in this series. The international teams that will participate in the series are Nepal's national team, Pakistan 'A', Bangladesh 'A' and America's minor league winner Chicago Kingsman.
Similarly, the series will include the participation of the Australian Big Boss League (BBL) team's academy team including Herbert Hurricanes, Perth Scorchers, Adelaide Strikers, Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades.
Nepal will play 6 matches in the group stage. There will be a semi-final clash between the top four teams in the league stage. Similarly, Nepal will play its second match on August 16 against Bangladesh 'A' team. Nepal will play the third match on August 18 against Melbourne Stars and the fourth match will be played against Hobart Hurricanes on August 19.
Likewise, the fifth match will be played against Melbourne Renegades on August 20, while the last league match will be played against Pakistan Shaheens on August 22. According to the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN), Nepal is going to play this tournament as a preparation for the ICC T-20 World Cup Asia and East Asia Pacific qualifiers to be held in October.
