The installation of seats in the parapit of the Trivi International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur has started. The work has started since last February to make the stadium of international standard and conduct night games.

In its first phase, a parapit is being constructed to accommodate 10,000 spectators and 6 floodlights are being installed. According to Engineer Sunil Shah of BG Construction, who is in charge of the construction, chairs of five colors will be installed on the parapit, yellow, white, brown, green, blue and orange. The

parapit is divided into eight sections on the west side of the stadium and two on the east side. 652 chairs will be placed in each section .
