New Diamond Club has won the title of Nekos Cup National Women's Volleyball Tournament organized by Nepal Sport Club in Hetaunda.

In the final match on Wednesday, New Diamond won the title by defeating APF Club of the Armed Police in straight sets 3-0. Diamond defeated APF in straight sets of 25-12, 25-23 and 25-18. While New Diamond, the winner of the

title, received 5 lakh rupees, APF was forced to settle for 3 lakh rupees. Nepal Police Club became third and Gandaki Province became fourth. The police got one lakh and Gandaki got Rs 51,000.   

Emerging Player Gandaki Pradesh Rikjana Bhote, Best Server Kopila Rana Pulis, Best Libro New Diamond Salina Shrestha, Best Blocker APF Garima Bohora, Best Setter New Diamond Pragati Nath, Best Spiker APF Niruta Thagunna and Best Player Diamond Sumitra Regmi were selected . All were honored with cash . 

6 teams participated in the competition which started from June 7th at Huprachaur of Hetaunda-4.
