Nepal defeated Sri Lanka 5-0 in the U-19 SAFF Championship on Sunday and set a trip to the semi-finals. Along with Nepal, India also reached the last four from Group B. Now Nepal and India will compete for the top spot in the group. Both teams are equal on three points each.

Sri Lanka has been eliminated from the tournament after losing for the second time in a row. Sujan Dangol, Dharvendra Kunwar and Subas Bam, Vigyan Khadka and Lakshu Thapa scored 1 each for Nepal.
