Jai Nepal Cup Rautahat District Intercollegiate T-Twenty Cricket League Tournament-2082 on Sunday in the first match, Central Rautahat Versatile Campus Garuda beat Surat Ramkewal Versatile Campus Gujra by 85 runs.
After winning the toss and batting first in the competition organized by the Congress Student Department at Betauna Sports Ground in Chandrapur-8, Rautahat Versatile Campus Garuda made a total of 190 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs match.
Surat Cable Campus Gujra, who had a target of 191 runs, lost 9 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs and managed to score only 105 runs. Rautahat's Nitesh Yadav was declared the player of the match. He scored 55 runs off 26 balls. He bowled 3 overs and took 3 wickets at the cost of 16 runs.
Similarly, the second match was held between Sidhureghari Multipurpose Campus Chandrapur and Sri Devi CTEVT College Madhavnarayan Municipality. In that match, Sidhureghari won by 7 wickets.
After winning the toss, Sridevi CTEVT College went into bat and scored only 85 runs in 19.1 overs losing all wickets. Sidhureghari versatile campus, which went into batting, found the target in 16.1 overs at the loss of 3 wickets. Arvind Baitha of Sidhureghari Multipurpose Campus was declared the player of the
match. He bowled 4 overs and took 4 wickets for 14 runs.
