Under the captaincy of Rohit Paudel, Nepal has announced a 15-member team for the UK tour on Saturday. Nepal will face Scotland and Netherlands in the World Cup League 2 series in Scotland in June. After that, there will be a triangular twenty-20 series between these three teams.

Before that, Nepal will play 4 practice matches with local teams in England and Wales and will play 2 practice matches with Scotland 'A' in Scotland. The League 2 match will be played in Dundee in Scotland and the Twenty20 triangular series in Glasgow. The Nepali team is scheduled to go to England this week.

Dipendrasingh Airi has been made vice-captain in the Nepalese team. At the end of 2021, Gyanendra Malla was removed as captain and Dipendra as vice-captain due to speaking against the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) in the media. Since then, Dipendra has returned to the role of vice-captain for the first time.

Apart from Rohit and Dipendra, the selected players in the team are Asif Sheikh (wicketkeeper), Kushal Bhurtel, Anil Sah, Bhim Sarki, Arif Sheikh, Sandeep Lamichhane, Basir Ahmed, Gulshan Jha, Sompal Kami, Karan KC, Lalit Narayan Rajwanshi, Nandan Yadav and Rijan Dhakal. 

Similarly, Rupesh Kumar Singh, Lokesh Bam and Kiran Thagunna have been included in the team for the Twenty-20 triangular series. They will replace three players in the ODI squad . According to CAN, who will take his place will be announced after the ODI series.
