The Armed Police Force (APF) has won the title of the 7th Women's National Football Tournament held in Hetaunda. APF won by 3-1 goal difference in the tiebreaker in the final at Gauritar stadium located in Hetaunda-6.

APF has won 7 lakh rupees along with the title. The runner-up, Nepal Police, received 5 lakh rupees. Geeta Rana, Anita Basnet and Nisha Thokar scored goals for APF. While only Usha Nath scored on behalf of the police, Niru Thapa, Susma Tamang and Rebecca Pandey failed to score. Rashmi Ghising's shot from APF was not scored.

APF's goalkeeper Angela Lama was announced as the man of the match. She received 10,000 in cash. 8 teams participated in the tournament which started from Chait 19, organized by Makwanpur District Football Association.
