Nepali taekwondo player Adish Khadka is going to compete in separate taekwondo tournaments in Japan and Australia.

He will compete in the Japan Wata Open International Taekwondo Tournament to be held in Osaka, Japan from April 25 to 27.

Then he will go to Australia from there. He will participate in the Gold Coast Open International Taekwondo Tournament on May 3 and 4 at the Carrara Stadium in Gold Coast, Australia.

He will compete in individual poomsies under the U-17 age group in both competitions. Nami International College, where he is studying in class 11, conducted a program on Sunday to bid him farewell. Principal of the college Anisha Pandey and others wished him good luck.

Adish is the third dan of taekwondo. Adish, who won gold in the Nepal Open International Pumsey Championship, won a silver medal in the Nekos National Championship. This is his first international participation.
