Nepal's Nischal Tamang won the gold medal at the USU Pro Fight Night in Gangtok, Sikkim. The coach of the team, Rajeev Maharjan, said that Nischal won the gold by defeating the national players of Sikkim.
According to coach Maharjan, the Chief Minister of Sikkim awarded Nischal with the Garkhali Yuva Medal and INR 50,000. 5 players from Martial Arts Organization Nepal competed in the competition with
Nischal. Manager Kiran Saud informed that four players Milan Rai, Kamal Acharya, Milan Tamang and Vinod Shrestha came second and won a prize of 20 thousand Indian rupees each. The competition was organized by the Sikkim Amateur Usu Association.
