Eastpole and Little Angels traveled to Fileon on Sunday in the 13th Loyalty Cup inter-school football competition.
Eastpole defeated Gateway Academy by 3-0 in the first semi-final at the host Loyalty Academy ground. Chhewang Lama and Vibhushan Katwal of Eastpole scored 1-1 and the remaining goal was suicide.
In the other semi-final, Little Angels beat the host Loyalty 3-1. Ayush Thapa of Little Angels scored 2 goals and Vigyan Rajbhandari scored 1 goal. Usum Thapa of Loyalty scored one goal. Little Angels and Loyalty are two-time title winners. The final will be held on Monday.
In the quarterfinals held on Sunday, Gateway defeated Chelsea World School 2-0, Eastpole defeated Himalayan 7-0, Little Angels defeated Jagat Mandir 8-0 and Loyalty defeated Holy Garden 2-0 to secure their place in the semi-finals.
