The second Chief Minister Kapilvastu Tilaurakot Gold Cup football tournament will be held from February 14. The winner will get a prize of 11 lakh 11 thousand 111 and the runner-up will get a prize of 5 lakh 55 thousand 555 rupees. President Thapa said that the prize will be given after the final. The best player will get 50,000, the category best player will get 30,000 and the man of the match will get 10,000.

Bharatpur won the title last year. According to the organizers, it is organized with the belief that it will help to promote and identify the area of ​​Kapilvastu and historical Gautama Buddha's birth place Tilaurakot and local tourist importance. The organizers estimate that the

competition will cost around 18 million. President Thapa said that 900,000 is yet to be recovered from the competition which lost 725,000 last year. It is estimated that 7 to 10,000 spectators will attend the tournament at Buddha Stadium every day. Chairman Thapa believes that 15 to 20 lakhs will be collected from the tickets. The organizers are preparing to build a temporary parapet around the stadium. Banganga, Buddhabhumi, Shivraj, Kapilvastu, Maharajgunj and Krishnanagar Municipalities, Vijayanagar Rural Municipality and State Sports Council Lumbini are the patrons of the

competition. Lumbini Province MP Bishnu Panthi said that Lumbini Province will support more than 2 million. He claimed that it was the biggest tournament in Lumbini region in terms of cash.
